At Build Matrix Construction, we are committed to providing transparent and dependable construction solutions that align with our clients’ vision and expectations. We understand that plans may change, and we aim to make the cancellation process as clear and fair as possible.
If you wish to cancel a booking after payment has been made, a formal request must be submitted in writing either via email or registered post with acknowledgement, clearly stating the reason for cancellation.
Within 48 hours of booking: Full refund, subject to minimal administrative charges (2% non-refundable).
After 48 hours, cancellation charges will be applied based on the project stage, as outlined below:

Secondary Stage (After construction dates are confirmed) | 5% of the total project value (pre-discount) |
Post Commencement (Once on-site construction has started) | 8% of the total project value (pre-discount) |
If the actual expenses incurred by Build Matrix Construction exceed the amount paid by the client at the time of cancellation, the client is liable to compensate the difference.
This outstanding amount must be settled within 15 working days of receiving written notice from Build Matrix Construction.
Once the final refund amount is mutually agreed upon, it will be processed and transferred to the client’s nominated bank account within 30 business days, after deducting applicable charges.
